What is the bore and stroke on that shortblock? also what rod length. approx. shipping amount to NJ 08844?

 

Yep, I used eagle caps. I guess it is debatable if they are stronger than factory 4 bolt pieces, but they certainly help. Who says I am reasonable? Yes, I have a reciept for all of the work done. I will snap a pic of that as well. I will get pics as soon as I can scam my friends camera (Or my folks).

 

3.800" stroke, 5.700" rods, 0.030" overbore. P/B clearance of 0.0015". Tight, but that is what SpeedPro reccomends for their coated hyper pistons. Shipping would probably be around $100 if you have a dock.

 

you still got those comp r lifters?

 

My apologies, the original post has been edited. I meant to say that the 977 springs required the use of R lifters.

Just an FYI, with the LE2 setup on my 383, it did 409rwhp/395rwtq SAE with some pretty serious issues.

 

Just as a courtesy to Zach... I went to his house (with my son) and checked out a set of headers he had for sale about a month ago. He showed me the le2 heads and the shortblock he's advertising was wrapped up on a stand. Bid with confidence... he's absolutly legit!
