If i remember correct the ultra-z hood has the front ram air correct ??
I do believe it would work but you would need the lower part of the box and the 4 screws, filter. and a rubber fernco fitting.

I have no clue it was on a motor i bought and the guy said it ran excellent but had a rod knock. Heres another pic maybe someone else will know????
