LT1 P600B kit with intercooler
LT1 P600B kit with intercooler
For sale is a P600B Procharger kit for a 1992 to 1997 LT1. It comes complete with the exception of the elbow to the throttle body (I used my stock one). It also comes with a boost guage. I made custom intercooler mounts to raise the intercooler farther from the ground for ground clearance. This requires you to remove the sway bar or extend the mounts to put the intercooler below the swaybar. This procharger is not self contained, meaning it requires oil lines, which are supplied along with the distribution block that threads into the block just above the oil filter. It comes with the fuel management unit, but I did not use it. Instead I used 42 lb injector (which are also supplied in this package) and reprogramed the computer to compensate for reduced timing and increasing the fuel. It also comes with directions from procharger. The only problem with this kit is the oil fitting in the side of the headunit is brass and broke. It is a part you would have to get from procharger. I took this off of my car because im planing on building a large cubic inch N/A set up. The headunit was rebuilt just before I got it, and I used it for appox. 5000 miles with no problems. $1600 obo. Thanks for looking. Eric L

Yeah, I liked it. My car is a stock long block bolt on only car. It worked really good for a boost on top of that. I made 7psi and hit full boost by 3000 rpm. It was fun, but i wanted more boost, and I knew it wasnt a good idea on a stock high millage bottom end, lol. I wasnt ready to do a rebuild, so im selling the blower for now, and when i build another motor ill step up to a d or f series blower. Eric L
