Lt1 Engine/ Pcm

Going another Route with the car even though its semi-unproven, probably with a job change and diffrent schedule, i wont have the time to really put the time neeed to iron it out.

Engine was completely Dissasembled over the winter and checked out by my machine shop. had .001 cylinder taper and .001 of piston skirt wear. STD/STD crank polished. NEEDED NOTHING so thats why it was put back together with out any machine work, other than the Hone (by machine shop)

Melling STD volume high pressure pump w/pickup with stretched spring and tig welded pickup
SpeedPro piston rings
Clevite Main+Rod bearings
New Cam bearings
FEL-PRO GASKETS throughout (except where described)
New Stock Replacement Timing Gear.
Every part Hot-tanked/cleaned before being reassembled

Now For the important items

CC306 Cam
875-16 Comp R series lifters
GM (crane Gold) Performance parts 1.6 Rockers
Tall style Centerbolt valve covers
Aeromotive (NEW Style) Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator
SVO 30 LB injectors
CSI electric Waterpump (6-7k mileage)

HEADS:

1997 Castings

Ferrea 2.00-1.57 Valves
986-16 Dual Coil Valve springs
740-16 Retainers
Matching keepers
H.D. vavle seals
4771-16 Spring Seats

260 @600 int
200 @600 exh (no pipe)
Decked .09

MILDLY hand ported by my head porter, Spring Seats Cut for those seats/Springs, Valve Jobbed. Combustion Chamber Cleaned and very slightly polished, Intake entrys "squared up" Lot of time an effort so this Valve Train combo is correct to this kind of Motor/RPM setup. These heads have a lot of material left in them also... in the right hands (or back in the hands of my porter can go in excess of 280 CFM, 290 CFM is attainable. No flow bench tricks, epoxy, or welding. A lot of time and effort have been put into these heads, and will be a set that you would always want to have around and never let go, Im Going with a diffrent motor setup completely so these wont work for me anymore.

Custom Low mount alternator bracket, NEW Alternator

From Throttle Body to Oil Pan

2200 OBO

other than a few parts all parts have 800-1000 Miles on them oil has been changed 3 times makes 70PSI of Oil pressure, Runs great

Shifting @ 6300 RPM it went 12.11 @ 111.70 (through a 12bolt + 4k stall TH400), it needs to be shifted at 6700-6800 could go 114-118 MPH on the motor.

94 PCM with LT1 Edit with my 94 harness, with good CC306 Tune in it, CAR RUNS very well. Newest VERSION of LT1 EDIT

400 OBO comes with everything

MUCH more im forgetting Im sure, Email, post, or PM with questions.

Andy

Will have many other parts for sale, willing to separate IF THE HEADS SELL on there own

FOR PICKUP only unless within REASONABLE distance say.... 150 miles
