how does C.O.D. works?

how does C.O.D. works?

Once someone send me an item, how do I pay for it... credit card once arrive? could I pay with cash? If I have a MO ready with name of the person... will ups take it??

Have MO ready for the amount. Post Officer will tell how to fill it out. They will also except cash with a $1 charge (price of MO for seller).

You need MO etc for exact amt..
