Kevin - Yep, I will be selling the car. I will be putting a stock engine / tranny into it and will put it up for sale hopefully soon. Like you, I am just tired of working on it and have not had the time to enjoy it. Also, when the weather is nice I always prefer to take the bike out and cruise for the day instead of getting in the car. I'll get another ride in the future, but for now I have lost all interest . . . but have learned a ton of info along the way.

Ok, here we go:

got_hp - I don't think I received your email, atleast not from your registered addy. If I did not reply to you, please resend it or shoot me a PM . . . the PM worked when I replied to eric9c1.

eric9c1 - PM was sent.

Rocks94z28 - I am checking now and will get back to you.

xxsaint69x - email sent back.

94droptopz - I'll shoot you an email after this post.

Tofus - emails sent.

Kris96ws6 - I'll shoot you an email after this post also

ddr698 - They are crane solid lifters. I want to keep the top end together as a package. Also, I will get back to you on the valve covers.

TrouserSnake - Gotta pass on your offer. I have two serious offers on the Shortblock for the asking price which is a great deal. The top end is definitely worth more than the price difference.

Darkside -TA - I'm under the impression that it will handle over 800 at the crank. In regards to the stall, give COAN a call and describe your combo to them, the stall speed will vary on the power output of your motor and the weight of your car and gearing. For my above application they told me @3800. But definitely check with them, they know their stuff real well.

I believe that covers everything so far, if I neglected you by accident, please let me know.

Thanks,
Pete

Guys -- I reduced the asking price on the top end and tranny/convertor. Any takers??

I would really like to move this stuff.

Thanks,
Pete

I am interested in the package, as in the shortblock and top end. If you have it all left please email me. I live in PA and would pick up the stuff. Please email your phone number if you could. Randy

furely - email has been sent along with my phone number. Sorry for the delay. I got the flu and a sinus infection middle of last week, not a fun time.

Thanks,
Pete.

Sorry to hear about this, Petey. If only you were selling that block last summer.
And yes, I can completely understand your loss of interest. I'm still recovering from, "Project Finger Laceration".

Pete,
Sorry to see you selling all of your stuff but know what you mean. I'm about to finally get my car all straightened out with the new combo and was looking forward to running you. I also wish you the best of luck with your future endeavors and hope that you continue to stop by the boards every once in a while to say hi and all that good stuff.

Folks, Pete is a great guy and I've known him for years so he's very trustworthy.

Cheers,
Tim

I'm interested in the tranny/convertor. Do you have a mount for the tranny?

Thanks, TJ

Tim, Brian,

Thanks a lot. I would have replied sooner, but I came down with Mono right after the other stuff and have not been to work since 4/2, ughh. I need to get out of the car stuff for a little, but don't worry . . . I'll be back. I'll still be on the boards and will cruise down to Cecil to watch some Sat afternoon racing.

jnjspdshop - yes, the covers are still for sale, $175 shipped.

Sweetred95TA - $260 +1/2 shipping on the TB.

Tony J = I do not have the mount for the tranny. Actually you will need 2 mounts. You will need a modified M6 cross member mount, and you will need a Torque Arm relocation bracket since the TH400 does not have a T/A mount on the tailshaft . . . or go with a BMR Trak-pak setup that eliminates the tailshaft hook-up. This tranny and convertor have never been used, or bolted to anything. Still sitting in the boxes.

4DRSS - This COAN tranny is a full manual reverse valve body.

Thanks,
Pete

I am interested in the Fluidampr crankshaft balancer. Email me a picture and what you asking for it. And it only has 800 miles of use?

Pete! I had been wondering how your new combo would run. I'm sorry that it is turning out this way. I understand what your going through. Good luck with the sale and please keep in touch.
