For both front and back, allows you to lower your ride almost any height you want to 2.5 inchs if I remember correctly. You can check out specifics at their website www.ground-control.com. Fronts come with eibachs and rears have 200lb race springs both are in like new condition, you can't even tell that they have been used. 300 dollars plus shipping takes them.
