gb95zconv a great seller!

I thought it would be worthwhile to pass along some POSITIVE feedback as opposed to the flaming I've been reading of late.

I contacted Greg (gb95zconv) in November 2003 reference an Aeromotive FPR he had FS here (posted on 11-02).

We negotiated a price, and I Paypaled him this price plus 3% PP fee on 11-26. He shipped the FPR via USPS 11-28 due to the Thanksgiving Holiday.

I moved at the end of November (but had given Greg the new address).

Around the middle of December, I remembered I had not received this (between getting old, moving Mrs. Live for TAs stuff along with my 6 four wheel "kids" into their new home:

I had a lot on my mind).

I contacted Greg. He was very helpful, and gave me the USPS tracking #. He said he would call his Post Office and check on it. After doing this, Greg told me they showed a delivery attempt on 12-4, and it should be at my Post Office for redelivery. Greg said it was insured, and he could file a claim and refund my $.

I called my local Post Office (not so helpful) and they said the same thing about the 4th, and would "check into it" and "call me back" (I'm still waiting for that call ). I called them the next week, and it had somehow disappeared from the system.

I contacted Greg and asked him to file the insurance claim.

On January 19, the FPR was returned to Greg by the USPS. Greg let me know this, and sent it again (his $) via UPS. I got it a few days later.

Thumbs up to gb95zconv! Communication is the key here. There were some problems, but they were communicated and no one got upset and the sale was completed.
