Gauging Interest - Built Auto

I am debating doing an M6 swap on my car and am considering selling my auto set up. Also interested in a trade for t56 swap.

The trans, converter and flexplate have less than 2000 miles on them.

FLT Level 3 4l60e
  • Includes the following in the build.
  • FLT machined performance pump.
  • Media blast case, bell housing, and tail housing to restore a new aluminum finish. Prep case for assembly.
  • 8 B/W hi-energy clutches w/koleen steels in 3-4 clutch
  • Seal & gasket kit
  • Bushing kit
  • Alto wide 2-4 red lined band with reinforced anchor
  • Bonded pistons/input drum
  • Beast sun shell
  • B/W 29 element sprag
  • 4L65 low roller clutch
  • Transgo HD-2 shift kit
  • Corvette servo
  • New solenoids
  • New internal wiring harness
  • New GM Spacer plate
  • B/W clutches
  • Updated aluminum accumulator pistons
  • FLT prepped valvebody
  • Filter
  • Set end play to FLT specs
  • Case cooler fittings
Paid $1,650 for this. I then added a TCI Aluminum Pan with Drain Plug for easy fluid changes. Paid another $100 for that. FLT (Finish Line Transmissions has a great reputation)

Yank SS3200 Converter and their SFI Approved Flexplate
Paid $850 for both.

Also have a B&M Supercooler for the trans. And an Autometer C2 Trans temp gauge.

All parts are basically brand new and look that way. Trans shifts perfect.

This set up was never raced. Lots of fun to drive.

Let me know your thoughts and what you think its worth on a sale.

Very interested in a good, very low mileage T56.

FLT doesnt HP rate their transmissions. I basically called them up, told them I was building a 383 with a mild AI top end and they said this trans will def handle it. I later decided to stick to stock displacement on the motor for other reasons.

The combo has been flawless.

Dude, we should talk

Im wanting to do an M6/A4 swap this winter, and I was going to go with FLT, and a Yank Converter...How ironic is this..

I have a low mileage built M6, with McLeod Twin Disk clutch, flywheel, slave, etc. The clutch assembly has MAYBE 2500 miles on it, and the trans has less than 2k miles on it, since it was rebuilt a few yrs ago.

Where are you located, NY Im guessing?
