I have a nearly new Melling 10552 Select Performance SBC oil pump. This is the Select line, which is the 'new hotness' among Melling pumps. The 10552 is 10% more volume, stock pressure, 3/4" pickup. This will fit all SBC's and LT1's.

I mocked this pump up on my engine, but I decided to go with a different setup. It has never seen oil. In fact, it was never even bolted down more than finger tight. Complete with box, instructions, hardened driveshaft, etc, as new as it can be after I opened it.

Are you sure that this fits a lt1 b/e summit doesnt list it as application?

 

Yes, I'm 100% sure. LT1's have the same bottom end as an SBC (specifically 1 piece RMS SBC's).
