FS: Kenwood KTC-SR903 Sirius tuner
It is less than two years old and comes with the cable to connect it to a compatible Kenwood head unit, antenna and instruction manual.
It will work with various Kenwood head units (mine was KDC-MPV622) and can also attach a Kenwood FM modulator to it and then use it with any car stereo.
