G&G Performance Engine of Houston. The shop is actually in Tomball, Texas which is a suburb on the northwest side of Houston. That shop is top notch and they do really solid work there. I know personally 6 people who run motors from them. I don't know if it means anything to anyone, but I live in Dallas and drove 5 hours one way to twice to drop off my block and pick it up 3 weeks later.
I also have the build sheet. It is actually the reciept which shows machine work costs that were performed and parts used. This isn't like an "off-the-shelf" shortblock though. Each part was individually choosen to work together. It was originally going to be an all Eagle assembly, but we decided to step up the parts to Lunati and Callies for their known durability and performance.
