FS: 1998 WS6 Formula $9999

BABY ON THE WAY! I must sell my 1998 Formula Ram Air (WS6) A4. It has 52,000 miles, and runs very strong. It is Sport Gold in Color with a Gray interior. It has the Monsoon CD stereo, T-Tops, power drivers seat, power windows & locks, Keyless Entry etc. Now the bad part... It has a Illinois Salvage Title for a right front collision. I have had the car repaired so it has a brand new paint job, and is generally in great shape. While the car is not perfect it is a cheap way to be in a LS1. Minor Things it needs... Volume Switch light bulb on Steering Wheel bad. A/C will only hold freon for about 3 days. (I installed a new Condensor so I'm assuming it's an 'O' ring seal that's bad?) Please email me at davidsellars@hotmail.com for more info. Also check out

Ignore the price on the website... $9999 to camaross.com people!

If its a WS6 it should have 17 inch wheels? How come it only has 16s. And I know for a fact there is no such thing as a single exhuast outlet on a V8 F-car.

Actually, I can't remember but I think some WS6's did come with a single exit... but NO 16's.

Actually the 1998 SS and WS6 cars did come with a single 3" rolled exhaust tip on the drivers side. It is the only year they did the single side/single pipe style exhaust.

The 16 inch wheel Question... answered...

The car has 16's because the 17's were not on the car when I got it. This is a real WS6 car! It is priced accordingly, as after doing a little looking it's about impossible to find a Z28 LS1 for this price, let alone with these miles. The Single Exhaust IS FACTORY, and sounds great. Any other questions feel free to ask...

I'm selling this car because of the baby being induced tonight!

There was no factory WS7 option. It's a term coined to those that slap on a hood and wheels to a non-factory WS6.

no...its not fake...its a ws6 with real ram air...he has a certificate that authenticates it from the factory. A WS6 is the factory code for a performance suspension upgrade, however, it is usually related to the Ram Air option, which isn't correct. Although you don't see many WS6's without the Ram Air. The factory Ram Air doesn't utilize the hood scoops very well, it draws air from the bottom of the vehicle through a slot
and into the intake. If the car is equipped with Factory Ram Air, it uses the scoops, but still, air flow is restricted to the small slot. My car has been modified so that the hood scoops ARE functionable, thus F-body enthusiasts have
deemed this mod a WS7. This is done via adding an aftermarket hood and airbox at the factory.
