I bought these to replace my stock valves. The grooves were worn on my orginal stock valves where the keeplers had aged on them. The 1.7 RR were not very easy on the stockers. So i replaced them with these 5000 series Ferrea valves. I had a valve job done on the heads, 5 angle on the intake and a radias on the exhaust. The valves have only be lapped in!! I decided to have the heads ported since they were off the car, by Lloyd Elliot. Lloyd and I decided to go with stage two heads with the bigger valves for my setup. So my $200.00 Ferrea valve are of no use to me anymore.

Again, the valves have never been on an engine, still shiny as new. They were lapped in when my heads got a valve job. They sat around the house for a few months till i decided to have the heads ported by Lloyd. When i upgraded to bigger valves.
