DriveRight CarChip Scan Tool

If you haven't seen this, they are very cool. Continuously logs performance under the hood and behind the wheel. Records, reviews and clears trouble codes and freeze frame sensor readings during faults. Recordes acceleration, deceleration, idle time and speed. Downloads instantly to your home based PC or laptop. Includes data logger, software, download cable and a/c adapter. Records up to 75 trip hours! Copy data to spreadsheets and text documents, can be swapped to different vehicles with no loss of data.

a note for you parents and owners...... the carchip can be inserted into the diagnostic port to record driving habits as well. Works for valet parking, guest drivers, whether your mechanic takes it on a joyride, etc. Set thresholds for speed, acceleration and braking.... see when they are exceeded. Yup. It records acceleration, braking, time and date, idle time, sensors, literally everything except airbag functions. My buddy in S.C. has one and busted his local tire shop taking his vette on a "test" at 120 mph. He suspected they would do that after hearing a couple of stories from other guys. He was having tires put on and left the module in place. Got the car back, printed out the info and went back to the shop and confronted them. Of course they denied it so he showed them the printout. The still gave him a hard time so a phone call to the company headquarters and within an hour was refunded the entire price of the tires. Busted!

This item sounds pretty cool. But I'm looking for a scanner that can look at the abs.
Usually only high dollar scanners could do that, so I'm told.
