im writing this post to inform everyone to DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JACK WEHUNT/ JACK12774

first of all we made agreement on a set on a set of 10 spoke ss rims
i sent out the money order on 9/09/04. and nothing but BS coming from him about the rims and shipping. first he told me there was a problem with the boxes. then they were supposily sent out out on 9/24/04. then he stops going online and dosent anwer his emails. so i call his house and talk to his mother. turns out he dosnt even know how to remove the tires of his rims and dosent know how to ship rims, so he pays his friend to ship it. well his crap goes on for a while longer and i gave him a letter stating that if i dont have my money or my rims by 11/09/04 (two months after i sent the MO) that i would be filling a small claims suit, contacting the police and filling out the online fraud complants.


so the whole time this kid ignores your calls and lets his mother try to bail him out of the situation he got himself into.

Now a couple days ago i finally was able to get ahold of him and hes telling me that he thinks his buddy sent them to the wrong address

Thats not right . Jack if you are reading this you should send him the rims and some of the money for being so patient with you . It's people like you, Jack that give this board a bad name .

 

eeekkk, and to think i was interested in buying a stall converter from him, glad he never responded to me or i would have. Its too bad that some people have to try and take advantage of others on a friendly Camaro forum, I work hard for my money and i'd be damned to let someone rip me off like that.

 

hey guys thanks for the replys, i just wanted everyone to know to stay away from him, and it is too bad that there are people like him on the board.

also has anyone tried to take a situation like this is into a small claims court?
i went to the police station the other day and they said i have enough evidence of printouts and mo recirts to take it to small claims court, if youve done this please post how you went about doing this
