I bought a 52mm throttle body from him about two weeks ago through paypal. He supposedly "sent" it through the postal service. I filed a complaint through paypal which I did win because he had no proof of shipment. So the scam artist appearantly either closed his bank account or withdrew all the money out of it so paypal couldn't force a refund. So terrific im screwed out of $115 and i don't expect to see a throttle body in the mail anytime soon.....

good luck, i have been screwed twice wile using paypal, and both times i have won but they never can get the money.

 

Man sorry to hear about that, I never trusted paypal, thats why I only deal in USPS money orders or cash because of scammers like that.

 

If I would have sent cash i would have never got the money back either. Whats the diff? Ive been screwed both ways now, with a money order and now paypal....

 

i saw something on paypal once where you pay an extra $3.00 and it would gaurantee a refund, my purchase was $360 bucks for a set of SLP headers, i didnt pay the extra $3.00 but i got my parts... iv been scammed before as well....

 

At least you have paypal..... HesterZ28 ripped a few of us off here about 2 months ago because we sent checks. But that's ok, because I've filed felony charges against him since the check went across state lines. Someone's gonna have a bad day
