Computer for sale/Trade for Laptop

I've decited that a laptop will fit my needs better than my current setup. I would actually prefer to trade for a laptop.

The specs on my system:
P4-1.8Ghz overclocked (reliably) to 2.4Ghz (Reliable to me is being able to encode divx movies with no crashes)
512MB PC3200 DDR ram, CAS2-2-2 latency
GeForce 4 ti4200 AGP video card, 128MB ram, overclocked reliably to speeds of the 64MB ti4200 cards (Not really a big overclock)
Adaptec 29160 Ultra-160 SCSI controller
Maxtor Atlas III 10,000 RPM Ultra-160 SCSI hard drive for OS (18.4GB Capacity)
Maxtor 60GB 7200 RPM IDE drive for Data
IBM 27.3GB 7200 RPM IDE drive for Data
ASUS P4PE-Deluxe Motherboard with onboard Serial ATA, Firewire, Gigabit, USB2, and 6-channel audio.
Full tower case, 300w power supply.
Toshiba 40x Fast-SCSI-II CD-ROM Drive
Generic 48x12x50 CDRW Drive (IDE)
Generic 16x DVD-ROM drive
Keybaord, Mouse
17" KDS VS-9 Monitor (Nice, currently running 1600x1200 @75 hz refresh rate)
Generic 56k modem
Full tower case has been fully customized, front red neon, front Grille added (For better cooling for HDD's -- also looks like a car grill ) Case has been primed, painted, and clearcoated with grey flect-stone texturized paint. All optical drives have been painted silver.

I'll even throw in what's left of my CDRW spindle (About 40 discs) and my Panasonic DVD player (a consumer DVD player i.e. not a DVD-ROM drive)

Let me know what you'd pay for it. I wouldn;t expect more than $1000 however it wouldn;t be worth my while for less than $500. For those not familiar, 10k RPM SCSI makes the I/O on this machine exceptionally fast!

If you're looking to trade, I'm looking for a laptop with the following features:
~ 1Ghz or more
~ 256 - 512MB RAM (Or atleast upgradeable to 512MB RAM)
~ 20GB HDD (or more)
- Must have a Parallel and serial port
- Must have a floppy drive
~ Perferable if it has TV out
~ DVD or CDRW drive preferable
- Must have an active matrix screen
- Must have USB1.0 (or better) port
~ Preferable if it has a firewire port

Please let me know if you're in the slightest bit interested at jeff_misner@hotmail.com Thanks

Anyone, anyone........It's called Voo - Doo Economics......
From Ferris Bueller's Day off

I could part some of it out if the price was right. I think I'd sell the whole thing for $750 (To give a more exact price)
