Thanks for the clarification. I know LLoyd Elliot. I have had a lot of contact with him. He has never quoted me $1750 for a set of ported LT1 heads with full valve train and no core charge. If you got yours for that kind of money, then you got one heck of a good deal.

And you state you think my numbers are high, but you must have gotten a stage 4... so your numbers a higher still? For less money? You are quite a bargain finder!

And I never said I made only 360HP with these heads and a 224/236. I said:
"I made 360/370 on mine before the stroker motor with these same heads BEFORE they were redone using the CC306 and an auto tranny".

And there definitely was an issue. The Tranny was toasted, thus the M6 conversion. But you have some now. Maybe someone else wants a good set cheap.
