Yulp, it will work with a stock converter fine, but you'll get more out of the cam with a higher stall.

the cam is sold. i do still have the springs and yes they come with retainers and locks. there brand new, ill sell them for half price so about 55 bucks and say 5 bucks for shipping so 60 bucks and there at your door
