I have a new stock replacement HEI distributor, it was ordered for a 75 Camaro from auto zone.. I was going to use it in an engine I was building but I decided to go a different route... $80

I have a LG4 in a 87 Z28 but ive gone to a holley 4160 ..so would this work with my car?

Is it the original engine in the car, If so I dont beleive it will work, Unless you have a different harness....

because this is the older style HEI where the wire with 3 slots comes from the pickup and goes into the cap to the coil there are not two plugs down at the base of the distributor, Like I believe yours has,

If I can find a picture of one Ill email it to you, I could take a pic of this one but my digital camera has such poor quality you couldnt make out much detail.

Like I said it was ordered for a 75 Camaro with a 350..
