Brand NEW cometic headgaskets!!!

Welp I was stupid, I bought these in June to be prepared for when I sent my engine to the machine shop. Called cometic talked to them for a while and this was the size they suggested for a .030 over motor (.040 gasket) so I bought them. Well one cylinder was scuffed up pretty bad so they had to .040 the whole motor. Called cometic to tell them and they suggested I not use these gaskets, but they wont let me return them because it's been over 30 days. They are BRAND NEW, included the invoice so you can see, I want $150 for them, I'll pay shipping (save you another $10, so $34 total).

Since we can't read the paper, what are the specs on them? They said they wouldn't work for a .040" overbore?

They are a 4.040 sized gasket, which means that it would be the exact same size as the bore of the block. He said I could use them but wouldnt recommend it. Since I'm going to be on boost I dont want to risk it. Here are the specs
