I "bought" headers off of him in august. Its now christmas and i have yet to get them. i was in contact w/ his wife for a couple months and she said that he is jail for dui, but wouldnt send me the headers or my money back.
Anybody else deal w/ this guy b4?

 

Hmmm.. I wonder if he's the same guy I bought an A/C delete pulley from on Ebay on 11/6/2009. I paid him promptly, but he wouldn't respond. After after waiting about a week for an email, call or the item, I sent another email saying I'd contact Ebay and Paypal over his 'stealing' of my money. He immediately contacted me then and told me to 'calm down buddy..' and that he'd 'just' sent the pulley. I said, "no worries" and was just glad to get the pulley on the way. Conversationally, I asked if he was on any of the boards. He replied he was on this one and that he had 'a lot of LT1 parts for sale'.
Well, after 2 weeks and no pulley, he emails me, saying "I shipped it and 20 other boxes incorrectly and they all came back from the Post Office. Sorry..". I emailed him back asking when he thought he could ship it again. No response for another week. I contacted Ebay and Paypal and they did me right. Sent my money back to my paypal account.
The guys first name is 'Tim' according to my paypal transaction.

 

nah, his name was rob hart. he didnt send anything back. sux.

 

that really stinks man! I hate scammers!
