I sent him $170 for the Magnum “R” lifters he offered on this message board, and never received any.

Maybe because he thinks I live in Germany that he can do this to me. Here is what happened so far:

Read his post on the 7th of January 2005-02-23; he wrote back “ill get um out to ya tomorrow. if you can transfer now that would be awesome i got a couple things id like to get off ebay that end in a few hours.

01.08.2005 paid him $170 via PayPal

01.10.2005 he wrote back “hey man i got it thanks and ill get um out asap”

01.12.2005 he wrote back “ I’m shipping them this afternoon I’ll email you back with a tracking number”

01.22.2005 I sent him an email asking what’s up?

01.25.2005 he wrote back “wanted to ship but was in Ohio in the hospital because my father had a heart attack”

01.25.2005 I sent him an email , sorry about your dad, and as soon you find time, please ship lifters.

2.02.2005 sent him email, what’s up with the lifters?

Wrote him an email every couple of months, but no answer.

This crook belongs behind bars!!!
