Hey thanks for helping me out everyone. Here is what happened. He wanted some clear taillights for his ta and i wanted some honeycombs so we were going to swith and he was going to send me an extra $50. well we were supposed to ship them at the same time and i shipped mine but he did not. i got deliver confirmation so i know he go tthem. i'm not sure if he still has the camaro, but i know he has a ta. he works untill 5pm. i emailed him with a diff. name and now he is trying to pull the same thing on me. he wants to trade lights again lol, but he does not know i am the same person. thanks everyone.

 

so he's scamming people, then...

show up at his doorstep with a baseball bat or the cops, your decision.

Ok...Heres the plan... approx. 2am, you should go to his house and take all of his tailights or break them on all of the vehicles in his driveway, then the next day use another screen name to hold the stolen lights for randsom or something!!! That'd be crazy! Go for it.

 

haha, if only i lived closer. thats the perfect idea. you all think i should try to sell him the lights that he wants with my other name? he is very interested. in the mean time does anyone have any 93-02 ta taillights that they want to get rid of?

 

the situation sux. Im sorta in the same deal where I just sent a guy $100 for a Used 94Z opti (livin2dxtreme on here..) and he hasnt sent me a confirmation that he sent it out monday or an email with the tracking number. He got my money a week ago and still no email. Which sux cause the weather in CO has been 90's lately
and I need that to get my car on the road!!! Theres too many stangs and ricers out running around without a good Z28 @$$kickin!...But anyways, just play it smart. I wouldnt do something stupid that would get you into more trouble..just stoopin to his low. Id call the cops in his area or confront him with a few friends. Thats the best thing to do. Show up at the house with like three of your (good sized) friends, no weapons or threats. Just tell him you happened to be in the area and it would save him the money on shipping if you picked it up! Then if he closes the door on you or denies anything...you have 100% proof he's scammin and you can easily get the cops to check out the situation..you may be able to get your money and tail lights back.
I hope it all works out for ya man, we've all either been through it or will most likely be in the near future ...theres a million guys on here selling taillights, just keep looking and good luck!
