You know what you're right, I can afford a set of plug wires, and in fact have already purchased a set, but it isn't the money it's the principle. I would be very "chilled" if a couple of things weren't true.

I am the one you made the deal with. What most of you don't realize it that there is more then one person who uses the logon "maldo” to answer your pm’s and posts.
I am not going to go back and forth on this subject because I know the products we make are top quality and that we take care of all our customers. Many who know me understand I am a stand up guy and that we try to do the best to keep our customers happy. I do admit we are going though some growing pains with our response time to emails and online message boards but, you also have to realize that this is not the only Message board we are on.
On the flip side I will not go into how some of the members who try to advantage of our generous return policy’s. Many of these people are the same ones who blast us on the board. (That’s part of the business).
I wanted to thank some of you out who have defended us and our products.
Getting back to the subject at hand. 93ZM6Tally the crank you sent me was flat out bent and showed signs of the hub walking on the front snout. Bottom line the crank was unusable when I got it. Since we could not tell how it got damaged (bad handling or packaging) we will still send out that other half of the order we promised even though I am left with a bad crank.
You like you can bad mouth me because elitesparkplugs.com had nothing to do with this deal. (This was a personal issue between you and I.) And at this point I feel like I am the one getting screwed on the deal.
