going by and finding tom connell and threatening him or even starting anything with him will not change anything and is uncalled for. legally, i do not think there is any recourse for anything he has done. he has delivered products that are paid for and has given money back for products not recieved. he just has not always been the best at telling you what you are getting, and in most of the cases with him it is problems with his buisiness ethics. the right thing to do for me would be to get me another spindle and take this one back...or at least offer to sell me another one for a very cheap price! He has a problem, and it has been established on the forums. going by and finding him will make nothing but problems for the persons wanting to do that. it will solve absolutley nothing.

 

I forgot where in jersey he lives, its this guy's problem, he clearly wants to deal with it. So I'll stay out of it ....
