AKM obdII style cable

USB or RS232?

- which one is it? Anything wrong with it? Did you assemble it yourself, or buy the assembled version? I'm interested if it will work with my '99 Z28.

it is usb. it was already assembled when it came to me. i bought it from another member. just had to have it and never used it.

gun4hire I don't think it will work for your year. I found this on the site ALL of the AKM cables are for GM OBDI computers from approx. 1986 to 1995. They do NOT work on any true OBDII system, even though some use an OBDII *style.

I could be completly wrong, i am interested in the cable too but gun4hire has dibs if it does work for his.
