I've got a used set of AFR 190's w/ 56cc chamber. Brand new Manley Severe Duty Pro Flow valves on both the intake and exhaust. Intake valve p/n is 11828 & 2.055". Exhaust valve p/n is 11827 and is 1.600". Brand new comp springs, p/n 978-16, installed height of 1.850", 130 lbs of seat pressure at 1.850", 355 lbs of open spring pressure at 1.260", coil bind height of 1.195". New titanium retainers w/ ten degree locks. Fresh valve job. Heads have 20 minutes of dyno time since all the above parts were installed. What do they flow?

 

I've never had them flowed as I'm the second owner. They have been ported. I'm sure they are better than what AFR advertises since they've been ported, have bigger valves and a five angle valve job.
