How can that connector work for a 94 with the ALDL rectangle style connector?

I think only the '94 Corvette had the OBD2 style connector, F-bodys didn't get that until '95. It might be possible to get it to work by figuring out which pins on the unit need to attach to which ports on the ALDL connector, but I'm not sure (this is what I'm doing with my OBD1-USB connector since it doesn't plug in, I only needed to run a wire to pins 5 and 9 and clip them on to the ODB1 pins).

The OP hasn’t signed into this site since 2016.

What's you problem with 25-year old cars?

Admin I think you missed the context of my reply. Its coochie pointed out the obvious that the post is 13 years old. Just FYI old posts/threads can be locked in the board settings. I have had the same email for almost 20 years so there might be a chance this user still gets message board alerts ? Also why would you assume I have a problem with 25 year old cars ?Anyways thanks for the warm welcome !
