88 T/A clone, 406 roller, 9.5 convertor and trans 4 sale

I have kinda changed my plans about what I want to do with my cars and have decided to sale my 406 and related components to it. Below is a list of the engine parts, trans, and body parts.

I will sale the block and rotating assembly together.

The cam/lifters/timing chain, bushing and thrust button together, and preferably the trans.

The block has been bored .030 over, tanked, new freeze plugs, cam bearings. Block and rods have been clearanced. Rotaing assembly has been balanced and comes with flywheel and balancer.

Stock crank, stock rods w/arp bolts, KB147 pistons with 18cc dish. Deep oil pan for 82-92 fbodys, with trap door, w/ high volume pump and pickup, Z28 windage tray w/ GM main stud kit. Rods have been clearanced to run cooler with the high volume oil pump.

The crank needs polished, not turned. I can have that done but at extra cost.

Short block and rotating assembly $1000

288XR roller retro fit cam and retro fit lifters, specs on carm are 288/292 236/242 @.050. .520/.540 lift 110 LSA, double roller timing chain, thrust button and bronze washer and GM distributer gear, 7.2in trick flow hardend pushrods. The same as the kit below but VALVE SPRINGS ARE NOT INCLUDED

Retro fit cam/lifters/timing chain and components $650

Hooker 1 3/4 long tubes, I am going to sand blast them and clean them up, they look pretty rough right now. $250

the story with the car is I bought it a few years ago as a project and have been working on it for a while. when I built the engine I accidently put the 2nd piston ring on upside down and didn't know it. The car always smoked.

The ran 7.82 @ 90.4 mph in the 1/8 on 255/50/16 pep boy tires with no SFC's or LCA's w/ 3.23 gears. With suspension work and sticky tires it would have gone 7.4's atleast.

Estimated power is 500-520hp at the flywheel. The car was as streetable as my stock 89 T/A with 305TBI.

the car was abosutely amazing and would beat most street cars, and thats with the 2nd ring upside down, my machinist estimated power loss to be about 25% with the ring upside down, and it was still running 7.8's

I have decided to end this project and start a new one. I would love to sale the whole car/engine/trans package together, but will seperate them.

this would make someone a great project car. all you need is a re ring kit from automotive performance for about $100 bucks and some time, and you will have a street car that will run mid-low 11's on street tires.

Email me or call my cell, (812)760-3756

these prices are very resonable, I know how much this stuff costs new and all the test fitting, etc has been done. it has less than 3000 miles on them. Do not low ball me, If no one is interested, I will just keep it.
Things I am looking for or willing to trade.

Complete LT1/6speed combo
Ram Air Hood for Firebird, not the Ram Air II hood
Eibach sprotline kit and bilstein shocks/struts
