383 rotating assembly FS (forged rods & pistons)

I have a used 383 rotating assembly for sale. It has a 3.75" stroke 350 main journal Scat 9000 series crank. The crank has been turned .010 and just needs a quick polish and is ready to go. The rods are scat 6" 4340 forged I beams. The rods are in perfect shape and are still attached to the pistons. Pistons are flat top forged Wiseco, they have 2 over sized valve reliefs for lager valves. 6 of the pistons have a small mark on the top from a misaligned valve trane. The rotating assembly is completely balanced. With LT1 heads this combo will make around 11.8-12.1 compression. I would like to get $700 shipped. Will have pics soon.

I am selling because I am building a 421 turbo small block and no longer need these parts. The crank has around 6000 miles on it since being turned, as well as the rods and pistons. Sory no rings will be included. I will throw in a set of used ARP main studs for a 2 bolt block with a windige tray and a set of used ARP head bolts. All for $700 shipped.

What size piston? .030? This the whole rotating assembly or just the crank, rods and pistons?

The pistons are .030 over. This is for a balanced crank, rods and piston assembly.

Just making sure, this was balanced so a stock damper and flywheel would work, correct? I'm considering buying a +0.30 LT1 block to do a 383 or 396 with my cc306 and LT4 topend...

How come the crank had to be turned with such low miles?

Also is the assembly internally or externally balanced?

Oh yeah, I also forgot, is the crank keyed for a damper for use in a standard SBC application like some cranks are, or is it all LT1 specific?

When I bought the crank new the run out was out of spec. Insted of sending it back and taking my chances with another one I just had it turned .010 .010. This crank will work in any small block chevy including LT1 with a 1 peice rear main seal. I had an LT4 top end with this combo and I went 12.2 @ 116mph in the Phoenix Az heat. This has been internally balanced so the use of the LT1 damper and flywheel will be fine. As for the damper, I just broached my lt1 damper so it had a slot for the key. If you like I could cut the key so it will fit the LT1 damper, that is not a problem.
