383 LT1 Splayed 4-bolt Forged Shortblock
I have up for sale a 383 LT1 shortblock with 7k on it. Perfect condition, held good oil pressure, no unusual noises. Ive pulled the heads and pan and inspected everything to make sure its in good condition still and looks great. Heres the specs:
Engine Rotating Assembly:
• Eagle Forged 4340 Crank-3.75” Stroke
• Lunati Pro-Mod 4340 Forged H-beam 6” Rods
• CP Custom Forged Pistons, 4.030”, -5cc valve relief
• Roughly 11.5:1 Static CR with stock 54cc heads.
4 Bolt Splayed 3 center main caps
Will come with:
Clevite main, rod, & cam bearings
Rear main seal holder
ARP Main studs and ARP bolts for the outside bolts on the splayed caps
The 2-bolt Camaro Block was decked, line bored, Splayed, bored over 30, lifter gallies were coated with POR 15 and drilled for lifter vents clearanced for a stroker, Tungsten fill at the bottom of the water jackets to support it after the rod clearance (still a street motor), new freeze plugs, internally balanced, and then professionally blueprinted and assembled. I do have reciepts for some of the parts like pistons, bearings, tungsten fill, and some of the machine work. Also have a copy of all of the blueprint documentation.
These are all premium parts, over $4100 in parts & Machine work!
Check out my feedback to know im legit. For the sake of simplicity, my asking price is $2950 with shipping included. Yes I know there are cheaper ones out there but they do not have the premium parts and their prices don't include shipping.(This price is providing that you can pick the pallet up at your nearest freight location. Delivery directly to you is usually about $50-75 more). Paypal will even be accepted!
So there you have it, no mystery ported heads to buy, no intakes you already have, no guessing shipping costs, no waiting for it to be pulled and inspected (can ship tomorrow!). Straight forward and simple.
