3 Series LSD Carrier with bearings & Shims from a 1995 Formula that had T-56 with 3:42 gears, and they have 113k miles on it and it works great, of course it was a 7.5inch (7- 5/8th actually) 10 bolt with three channel ABS so it has the reluctor on it.
