these are for a series 3 rear end i believe. i put in 4.10's and the 3.42's are sitting in a box ready for sale. when we pulled the rear end plate off the magnet didnt have any metal attached to it and the gears are in as good of condition as you can get for 80000 miles. the edges can still cut a finger(trust me i know).
