I have two 3" QTEC's for sale, one is BRAND new never used, the other was on my car for a LONG time and the motor went out, so I sent it back to Barry at QTP and he put on a new motor for me (for a small fee) since I got it back I have not used it either, so I have two that should perform as a new one would with all wiring and toggle switches for both. It is just the electric plate, it does not include the flowtech cut out, the electric plates are on the QTP board for $149.99. and $184.99 with the cut out
