write-off

both airbags deployed
+front bumper shattered
+new clear corners popped
+rad smashed and leaking
+hood scrunched (though designed to)
+windsheild cracked
+chassis dammage (unibody action, my door wouldnt open)
-----------------------------------
$9000 DAMAGE =

Total write off..yup. MY car I've driven since new in 98. GONE.

actually..in a sick-ironic way, (my clear corners popping across the other lane and being run over by traffic) was sorta funny lol...

I had just replaced them (old one's cracked from a rock) a month ago! I just shook my head. whatever.

It'll be interesting to see what they come in at, in an attempt to lowball you on the cost.

Good luck with it Jen.

Keep us informed if you are so inclined.
