Mosler MT900S Photon , with the optional aero's , and a C5R 7.0L engine. This sucker only weighs in at 2000 lbs! Imagne that with a "mild" 500 rwhp C5R engine! Note those performance numbers they give are only from a warmed over LS6!

American Supercar..

EDIT: OOps, missed the $60,000 limit.. hehe.. Then it would be the 2005 Z06.. 500 hp, lighter, less overhang, and even supposidly a better interior Vette... whats not to like?

or a current modded Z06 with more cubes..

Those are awesome, especially if you put that 427 in there.

Sweet! I have one of those too:

FIREFLY 89

missing cylinders (3 in total)
broken lock
missing half of dash
broken winshield
bumper held on by lug nuts & long bolts (too many accidents drove the frame in too much, using lug nuts to compensate)
smashed up hood
spray paint for a paint job
1 brake upfront
needs alignment
runs like $hit at times
slow
muffler has fiberglass comming out everyday by the pony tails
head lights held on by glue (not aligned)

well I'm happy to say she's a gift & she passes aircare!

Sounds like my 1987 Sunbird (Goldmember):

Sunroof that has an "ejection" option
Rust holes that are refered to as speed holes (actually, they aren't holes)
One pop-up head light that doesn't go all the way up and makes it look like it's winking
"clear" window tint (condensation)
Also came with the "two" hubcap option

I actually like this car....its REALLY cheap to run, reliable and doesn't cause me any stress, so I souldn't complain. It's just ugly

For $60K, I'd go for a Z06. You can't beat the performance for the dollar. Not really into verts anyways for performance.

My other choice would be a 96 + Viper GTS. That one at Linux you could probably get for high 60's. I drive by that dealership daily.

Other dream car, we'll to finish my '69 Z28 clone. Just like this one:

whats an M4? you mean m5?

Actually, ever see the upcoming 6 series coupe? Pretty sweet looking, I wouldn't mind a convertable 6 series as a "practical" daily driver.

Its about the size and weight of a 4th gen f-bod, longer wheel base, and something like a 4.4L V8 that puts out 3xx something hp and tq. If BMW made a 4th gen f-bod, this is what it would be like.

I've always wanted a vet in these years. Too rare and too expensive although maybe get lucky and find one in this price range. A mint one with matching numbers, sell it at the annual Barrett-Jackson. The best car auction of the year. I've watched it on the speed channel and I should really go down to Scottsdale, Arizona and check it out. What an unbelievable selection of mint numbers matching cars.
