dude without the right dremel bit it takes hours & hours, it took me about 5 hours on mine & everyone else it takes about the same, its God's gift that dremel of mine wish I had it when I did mine.

ellis, u just didnt install urs right mine has never leaked .. i'll do ur next Meziere install with a no leak garuanteee

Mezier sucks sorry Payam you know it, 5 hours it took me the first time cuz all I had was a file this time it took us 15 minutes all together

we just put a CSI into Shawns SS and it took us no more then 30-45 min to file the housing....

Why? why not pull the cam out while all that crap was out? Jack stand mod it then you get to do a real mod...

I installed my meziere and it doesn't leak.....trust me, thats say'n something (Mike wired it though) It's all the same stuff...i'd buy the csi now ONLY because its almost $100 cheaper.

Yep Meizier sucks, I looked inside one & the main wire has 45* closed angle bends in it thats why it fails every once in a while cuz the wire heats up & cracks there than corrodes, real fun.


Plus Mezier is only made for 1500 hours & CSI is 5000 hours, thats a big difference IMHO.

Reason it takes me so long to file is cuz with a damb file I would make the holes but it would still be hard to go in, it needs to go in fairly easily if you want to be able to take the pump out after a few heat cycles & not have to remove the whole pump housing & just do it on the car. Mezier its no problem except the fans get in the way CSI if you make good ears on the housing has no problem comming out cuz its like half the thickness.
