suspension question... vibration related

hopefully someone can chime in here

recently i found at higher speeds on the highway 100+ (not that i consider that highspeed, but thats a different story), i was getting a slight vibration...

well, last week i had my wheels balanced, and they were a bit off.... why? i dont know, but regardless

anywho, its better, thats for sure, but, it just doesn't feel 100% right, anyone got any quality ideas as to what it could be, alignment? something else
i recently had a friend who worked at kal-tire give thet car's suspension a check, which included lubing all bushings, blah, blah, so all that seems to be fine (he said it all appeared in good condition - the ball joints and bushings)

could it even be something like the driveshaft being outta whack? there'd be no reason for this, this car is just a daily driver, i dont do anything crazy in it... also i doubt it'd be that, as it feels more suspension/wheels based..

anyway, any input is greatly appreciated
thanks
ian

I agree. When were the tires rotated last? What shape are they in? Usually a rotation will do it even if they are balanced.

If it is a speed related issue (not rpm or gear related), then its most likely still tires.

hmmm, i dont think its the tires, they're 1 yr old, about 30k kms on them, and they look in great shape, even wear, not much wear... and they're BF Goodrich comp t/a's (the regular street ones, no racing ones), so they're not cheapo crap...

How many clicks on the tires? After 5K they still may need a rotation if you haven't done so already. That is enough to do it. Otherwise, I'm not sure.
