STS Turbo Install

Well the install went not too bad since we were all rookies.
We finished about 9.00 P.M. After a few test runs down our back road, all I can say its awesome. There is hardly any exhaust and all you can hear is major turbo whine. Boost is all in at about 2500 RPM at 5.5 PSI. It feels like it'll run 12's no problem.
Anyways Tune and Dyno will happen in about 2 weeks. And thanks to Roy and Matt, we had a good time. Will keep everyone
posted with future results. After tune we'll do some runs at the
track.

what ablast that was all i can say is that its UNFREAKINBELIEVABLE im certain now the next install will be a breeze now that we know where everything goes. and at around 5 psi it looks like you easily gained 100 rwhp. the sound rocks and the car just flys. anyone that says the turbo in the back doesnt work is just plain crazy. we will get some pics and vids up asap

glad your lovin it armin.... much thanks goes out to armins neighbour for allowing us to use his hoist and for armins patience and lunch

turbo turned out great and i gaurandamntee every one of you ls1 guys are gonna want one

and right now the look on my face is and when armin flew by with that turbo wastegate opening up chirping the tires the look on my face was as you guys can see im extremely happy with the results.

Yeah man, the car sounds SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! I couldn't belive it, the quality of the parts was excellent! The turbo acctually works, & it works awesome, we had full boost at 2500rpm most of the time, sometimes 2800rpm, but man did that thing just FLY! Definetly feels as fast if not faster then my car & for FOIK saiks man this thing is doing it with exhaust manifolds & stock everything else, the turbo works, everything is awesome, I'm definetly going to get one now!

Well, it sounded beautiful as you left Java Hut.

Didn't introduce myself to you Armin. Only talked to you a brief bit with Cory. I look forward to watching your system as you work on it.

I'm glad the install went good guys, let us know when the dyno is so we can attend. If I get one too I'll change my name to turbohawk but it will have to wait till after the summer when my new car stereo is done.

Whatever man, I crowd wouldn't show anyways and I was there for the first dyno and Jeepoo said I'm welcome but if you don't want me there that's okay, I'll do my turbo shopping elsewhere.

steve man stop whining and complaining. your welcome to do your turbo shopping elsewhere, its a free country. besides were doing this on a weekend morning, chances are your not gonna be able to make it as usual.

what i dont want is the time being wasted that im gonna be paying for on the dyno by having a lot of people hanging around.

if this was a ordinary dyno pull i wouldnt care but this is a dyno tuning session, i want armin and matt to have as much time as possible.

i didnt say i didnt want you there i just dont want a crowd there BSing. when you said "let us know when the dyno is so we can attend." i didnt want a huge crowd being a distraction. its a perfectly reasonable request.

I understand what you are saying Roy and of course your request is reasonable so I'm going to stay away. Jeepoo will post the results and that's good enough for me. The only other guys that showed up for our dyno was Zedzag and and Cory. Good luck with the turbo-tune.
