So i get to mrp .. go thru tech . make 1 slow pass to make sure the car is goin straight and nothings wrong ....

get back to the pits and some nimrod sprays synthetic from start to finish .. so we wait 2 hours for them to clean it up..

get my second pass .. im right behind greg the 10 second stanger ... i see him go all over the map on a super slick track and i get the creeps ... then rick (the announcer) says over the PA that i better not get out of the groove or else i'll kill myself .. so i said f*ckit .. made another slow *** pass and came back to shut her down for the night cuz the track conditions sucked

then me and Duane follow greg and chris (stangers) out to get a bite to eat .. meanwhile me and duane lose greg and the other stanger... and happen end up on hwy 1 with no cars on the road whatsoever... noone behind us . noone in front of us .. so we do the 3 honk ritual and hit it ... i had my naws bottle in the trunk and 100 hp jets in the lines i thought about giving him a corteous headstart . but nah he dont need one so going in 3rd at 4000 i let the pimp juice flowin, grab 2 car lenghts immediately while his turbo is taking its time spooling .. then it was pretty much an even race (though i could swear i was still pulling) but i only had 700 psi pressure so if i had 1050 like i should it would've been a bit better . he was at 19 psi boost

so anyway ... this was fun .. but the fun part of the night hasnt started yet ....

we pull into the BP in coquitlam to get some grub... as i get out of my car i hear these 2 guys go "wow thats the biggest exhaust i've seen" to duane's supra and the rest goes a little something like this ...

-drunk japanese guy #1 "hey brah check this outtt .. this supras got nawz in it too .. this is the fattest sh*t i've seen"
-drunk japanese guy #2 "wow holly fack .. look at this american muscle car"
-duane "yeah that one has nitrous in it too"
-me "yeah dude .. check this out . my car has 900 hp on the bottle and i just ran a 9.80 on these tires pulling the fronts 4 feet in the air"
drunk dudes drooling and cussing and falling on their *** for being too drunk and excited over our cars
-me "yeah man .. im building a bigger motor for it next year"
-djg "like what .. a 5 litre?"
-me "no man .. more like a 7.8 litre"
-djg "holly noway man .. would that motor even fit in here ? isnt that like a V10 or something?"
-me "yeah i gotta cut my fenders out a bit .. and cut into my radiator cuz its longer and sh*t.. its gonna be 2000 hp and im doing a 4WD conversion"
-djg "ohhhh noway man ... shiat .. thats gonna be mad"

and then a cop comes upto me and gives me grief for not having any plates or permit up .. and then i BSed the drunk guys a bit more and they bought every bit of it and me and duane had the hardest time holding in our laughter

then pretty much we busted out laughing for a good 5 minutes after they left

so all in all it was a good night ..

1 for the nitrous fed american muscle
0 for the boosted japanese monster

I have to say that your car is bad ***. If I knew you had your bottle on I would have upped the boost more When I coudn't pull on you I knew you had it on. I was saying to you that if I had my car with the boost on as you kicked it, it would have been a better race. You and I know it, but lag is lag and that is what I have. All in all it was dead even. (one car length is more like it.) I am not the drunk guy you are talking here. :P Can't get any more even than that. If you were pulling as we said while having the coffee break it was because i heard a pop (from your loud exhaust as I discovered later ) freaking domestics LOL > I laid off the gas thinking I blew something.

I guess the courteous head start doesn't count on your car. (so far) I really thought you had all motor. You had to bottle feed it didn't you.
