Questions before I begin installing headers??

I just recently bought 95 single cat AS&M headers for my 96. I want to know if there is going to be a problem with the OBDII computer upon installation???. From my understanding OBDII have 4 O2 sensors. One before the cat and one after the cat on each side. Is this true?? Since my AS&M's only contain one O2 sensor on each side, I'm guessing the OBDII will not like this??? Would it be easier to convert to OBDI rather then getting O2 sims??? I know it would be cheaper. I'm wanting to convert to OBDI down the road anyway, but I'm courious to see if there is a way to install the headers immediately without going through the hassle of changing the computer and knock sensor????

Any help on this topic is greatly appreciated.
Thanx

You will need sims or switch to OBD-1. Mike(sleeperZragtop) has O2 sims for sale.
