I'm trying to use my air pump as a crank case evac system. I'm told I need the valve to help keep the vacuum a constant. I'll get a puke tank unless you have an extra one you want to sell.

Mike,

Actually yes i need one for temp use just while I build a ls1 setup for a freind. Whatever you want for the K member just hollar.

Shaun

The stock air pump will not get you what you want imo. It is too weak of a pump. You should take a look at salvage yards and get a pump from a Lightning (s/c model with the sohc setup)

The check valve setup you can get one of those fairly cheap if you go to summit and look in the vaccume pump section for a check valve.

Overflow tank I would use a summit plastic tank as they are dirt cheap.

Umm. If you're just looking for temp use, how long would you be using it for? If it fits on an Lt1, I'll buy it after you are done with it. If thats okay with you mike.

I'm gonna be down this weekend to pick up some family to see my Dad..so I'll get the k-member from my friend then I'll drop it at your place..in the day time...everytime I goto your place I miss the turn off going back to the hwy and I end up going in a huge cirlce through the woods....besides I bet the drive along the water is beautiful

Thanks Steven for the ends
