It was the third one where you have to take it to the station and get it checked.

I went by Mcdonalds like 90 times but I didnt see any camaros there so I figured you were off shift . I took my laptop up so I could pm you but it wouldnt work with my bro- in laws adsl cable so I was **** out of luck .

Turns out my brother lives a block down the hill from the mcdonalds where you work and my sister lives about 6 up from it on opposite sides of the highway.

Sorry to hear that bro, I posted a thread last month about the famous Coqahalla highway double toll and you hit it. I've driven thru there 5 times each way since march and saw them three times around the booth area. Roll the windows down quick next time and distract them away from your front plate by driving by them fast and pulling over quick. I hope you can check it here instead of up there. You must admit it is an awesome highway to drive and you can really open it up on the straight stretches of 97B towards Peachland. I almost buried the needle at 250kph up there, just watchout for the smokies. After looking at your ride Twitch I decided I want tint too, now I'm second guessing myself.

It'll be no problem putting the plate back on and stripping off the tint by friday. Good idea getting the tint redone and have your front plate cover on by friday afternoon. Hey Twitch, where should I get my tint done and what % tint do you have? I had a speeder entering Westbank at the end of the Coqahalla 97B but no hassle for my front plate cover. Now that my blackbird decal is on my front plate cover it's alot more vunerable to getting noticed by the boys in blue. That's getting ticketed for a law that is changing everywhere and the tint law sucks too.

Ooowwww! Pimping time! Lol!

Sorry to hear about your problem at the toll. Weird that I go up there several times each year (done so for the past 15 years) w/o seeing a cop at the toll ever. But, I guess that's just luck.

You sure you want to go 3% all around? It may look good, but man Twitch, you're asking for trouble. SO many cops see that level of tint and just itch at the chance to write you up. Just a thought.

I went to satisfy my Notice and Order for no front plate on tuesday. I walked in, they asked me if I put it on, then said they believed me and took away the Notice. That was it - they never looked at my car and certainly didnt check my VIN, reg, or ID.

Well my tint had peelies on both sides so I took it in for warranty. Im going to pull my door panels and t tops when its re done so the edge top and bottom is really good. In the meen time I can rip it off and get it checked out.

Thanks for the help.

yeah same thing with a buddies iroc, they just asked if it was one, never even went out to look, lazy bums.

i got a set of bird doors, that i bought off you twitch, just bolt them up and let them see that theres no tint and put yours back on after. a bit of work but that way you dont have to peel off the tint and retint after. personally i wouldnt go 3% all the way around, i had light tint on the sides and never got hassled.

Good timing. Sounds like the time my passenger t-top wasn't locked and after flying over a hilltop my buddy put his arm up on the latch disengaging the t-top and it flew off and hit the ground in a thousand pieces on my 95 TA. Good thing I lowered my deductable days before it happened!
