go down fraser hwy and turn left at the Paz fuels and esso stations. go down to the four way stop and turn right go down the the stop sign at bradner Rd. turn left and take you first right, right after you go under the over pass. should be downes rd i think. follow that all the way to stop sign and go straight through. go through the lights at the school and turn left at the next set of lights called gladwin rd. go down to your second right (townshipline) and that will take you just over the railroad tracks to mission abby hwy. second exit off the after the bridge.

that is the best way if you want to take if you want to stay off hwy 1. i know i lived in mission and my girlfriend lived here so i use to go that way all the time.

you could go to 264th but at 232nd is the worst part of hwy 1 after 264 it speeds up.

Getting there

Wow and I thought it was just a matter of driving east!!
What time do you guys expect the HWY to get bad?
What would be an intelligent time to be at the gates if a person had the day off?
From North Van, should I just take the Mary hill and stay on the north side of the river?
Thanks, Gerry
