Talking Mods planned your guys .02

I am planning on saving up 3000 this summer and getting the performer rpm kit for my car 70cc heads, rpm air gap intake, 800 cfm thunder avs carb, cam/cant remember specs/ ,91/2 comp pistons, 400 crank , and if i have enough money left over a new ignition system
so what do you all think i think it will be pretty good for the budget i am on lol

You spent about $3000 in the first 3 lines

IMO you'll need a lot more money. I would expect to pay at least $6000 for that setup

for that price i can sell you a lt1/t56. but if you want to stay carbed id look on ebay or buy some parts used to save some cash.

Sounds good. I'd recommend going with the performer rpm cam as well. They are designed to work together.

If your looking for a package or kit, Edelbrock makes a Performer kit which would include everything you need to replace your topend giving 400+hp

sorry i should have said im using the performer rpm kit from edelbrock all those parts are from that kit.

now whats this lt1/t56 set up lt1 engine of course t56 auto transmision\??

It's a wonderful magical engine/tranny combo.

Available only from Ford.

ya and all this time i thought the LT1 was a gm product but you know i get these things mixed up well i better go to hte mustang forums then to get some INFO...

Don't ask them any hard questions like "how do you turn a corner?" or anything to do with upgrading brake/chassis. they get confused easy <-them.

6 speed manual transmission my friend


i also have a 4 speed auto if you want.

Well I had alot of plans for my car, then they went out the window. Cause I'm buying a Yellow GTO tomorrow. So i will be selling my camaro in a few months anyone wanna buy ??
