Re: miss fire at high rpm

hard to tell without driving, but high rpms could be bad wires, plugs or opti. whats the tune up schedule like? also what octane gas you runnign? sometimes bad gas will feel like a miss

Obviously when the cut outs are open, you need more fuel because of less back pressure. You are running lean with the cut outs open thus misfire.

This isn't "A Carburator story" Typhoon those times have passed, nowadays we have inventions called "O2s" and "MAFs" ..

miss at high rpm is 95% plugs and wires .. u gonna have to do them with the headers anyway. an LT4 KM is a waste of money

I understand Pa'yam, but my money is still on a lean tune, carb or injected, really matters not. So what do you suppose it is?
