That depends on whether you consider the internals of a planetary gear to all be independent moving parts

Automatics are usually a fair bit heavier than manuals. I think my ST10 is only around 90lbs.

Done them both autos are lighter imop

Me and Steve hold the refcord for a clutch and tranny re and re. Took us 1.5 hours and that was with a slight delay in the middle
