Exclamation Kelowna group cruise!

Who's up for making the cruise to Kelowna on the May long weekend for the Knox Mtn Hill climb?

Ive been going to watch for years. Last year was the 25th (i think) anniversary of the race. The Knox Mountain Hill Climb is a three mile solo road race up a mountain outside of Kelowna. It bring in competitors from all over Western Canada and the US.

There are many different classes of cars competing, everything from open wheel formula cars to F bodies and mustangs and even race prepped trucks.

Im guessing you dont know that none of us could compete .. we can all watch though !!!

u need a full roll cage (10 pt), sh*t loads of safety, full fire suite, fire extinguishers blah blah blah blah

I actually did go up knox mountain when i was in kelowna... and trust me our cooling systems are NOT enough if u were to be full out into it racing up that hill

You can count me in on any trip to Kelowna. The lookout gazebos on Knox mountain offer a spectacular view. Been there many times and they have nice tennis courts at the foot of the mountain.

hope you are in for a hike to the good part of the course if you enter at the gates.

i either park at magic estates and walk in or drive my truck in to where the straight is and dont have to pay anything.

its funny cause there are all these people walking up must take like 45 min and there i am sitting in my truck watching
